All images, text, designs, and content on this website are owned by A-Star Photography. Purchasing a digital file or print does not transfer copyright.

Clients receive a usage license only, as specified in their invoice or contract. Unauthorized copying, sharing, downloading, modifying, printing, or distribution is prohibited.

2. Client Usage Rights

Delivered images are granted for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. Clients may:

Print photos for personal use

Share online with credit to photographer

Clients may not:

Sell or resell images

Edit or alter images

Submit to contests without permission

Use for commercial or promotional purposes

3. Payment & Fees

All fees must be paid as outlined in the booking invoice or checkout page. Retainers or deposits are non-refundable, unless photographer cancels the session. Final deliveries are released after full payment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost with at least [x] days notice. Bookings cancelled by the client are non-refundable.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of photography services, all sales are final. Products and galleries cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

6. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timelines vary between 1 to 4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery delays may occur due to workload, technical issues, or circumstances beyond control.

7. Model Release & Portfolio Display

Unless restricted in writing, the client grants permission for images to be used by [Business Name] for:

Marketing materials

Prints and studio displays

8. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, illness, weather, or unforeseen issues, the photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of fees paid. Photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
